1) You are 18 years of age or older to purchase rifle ammunition and 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition. There are no Federal, State, or Local laws to prohibit you from receiving ammunition.
2) Due to software limitations with our shopping cart the shipping charges are an estimate. This estimate is pretty good (ie. Usually within a couple of dollars) unless your order is over 66 lbs which is the maximum weight for one box. You will be charged the actual shipping cost for your order. 3) Illinois residents must fax or email a copy of your FOID card before your order can be processed.
4) We cannot ship ammunition to Massachusetts, Cook County ,IL., Los Angeles County, CA., San Fransisco, CA. or New York City,NY., and Washington, D.C.
5) Tennessee residents will be charged sales tax.
6) All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and prior authorization for return is required.
